Beet Your Blues Smoothie
serves 2
Raw - Vegan - Alkaline - Paleo - Grain Free - Gluten Free
- 1 cup homemade almond or hemp milk
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh beet
- 2 tbl hemp seeds
- 2 tbl cilantro
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- Pinch pink salt
Optional superfood boosters:
- 1 tbl raw cacao (chocolate and beets go together so well!)
- 1 tsp bee pollen (for an extra protein and B vitamin boost)
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients adding more almond/hemp milk to thin to desired consistency. .
