Beet Your Blues Smoothie

Raw - Vegan - Alkaline - Paleo - Grain Free - Gluten Free

  • 1 cup homemade almond or hemp milk
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh beet
  • 2 tbl hemp seeds
  • 2 tbl cilantro
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1  frozen banana
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • Pinch pink salt

Optional superfood boosters:

  • 1 tbl raw cacao (chocolate and beets go together so well!)
  • 1 tsp bee pollen (for an extra protein and B vitamin boost)

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients adding more almond/hemp milk to thin to desired consistency. .
